If, within thirty (30) days, you are not completely satisfied with products purchased directly from Digital Praise Inc, you may return it for a full refund less any applicable shipping and handling. During the holidays we realize you may not open the products until Christmas Day so we start the 30 day return policy as if you purchased the product on Christmas Day (so you can order the product in November but have until January 25 to return it). Please contact Digital Praise Inc for an RMA number. A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is required in order to return any defective or unwanted product. It is needed for tracking and billing purposes. Any product received which does not have an RMA number will not be accepted. Please email a RMA request to returns@digitalpraise.com and a RMA form and instructions will be sent to you.
